Services are unlocked by valid redemption codes and module permissions.
Terms for using Lens Archive and TIME-PIC services.
These terms explain how redemption-code access, image uploads, AI processing, results, retention, and support work across the current imaging workflows.
You need the rights and consent required for every image you upload.
AI output is generated from your submitted material and may vary by source quality.
Download results within the shown retention window and use feedback for support.
1. Service scope
Lens Archive provides AI-assisted imaging workflows for old photo restoration, ID photo production, wedding retouching, and editorial portraits. Available modules depend on the redemption code, quota, and policy assigned to your session.
The service is designed for personal and studio imaging tasks. It is not a document verification, identity verification, medical, legal, or government approval service.
2. Redemption codes, quota, and device binding
A redemption code may define available modules, total credits, expiration time, and device binding limits. You are responsible for keeping the code secure and using it only as authorized by the issuer.
We may restrict, expire, or block a session when the code has no quota left, has expired, exceeds the device limit, or triggers risk controls intended to protect the service and other users.
3. Uploaded images and user permissions
You keep ownership of your uploaded images and generated outputs, subject to rights held by other people or third parties. By submitting material, you confirm that you have the rights, consent, and authority needed for processing.
Do not upload images that are unlawful, infringing, abusive, non-consensual, or otherwise violate another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
4. AI processing and output quality
AI-generated results depend on source resolution, pose, lighting, face visibility, template choice, and selected workflow options. We aim for premium results, but we cannot guarantee every output will match a specific expectation.
For ID photo workflows, you must review the final file against the destination authority's current requirements before submitting it. The platform helps prepare images but does not guarantee acceptance by any agency.
5. Storage, retention, and downloads
Uploaded and generated assets are used to complete the requested workflow, show task status, support result downloads, and help troubleshoot issues when feedback is submitted.
Result files may only be available during the displayed retention window. Keep local copies of results you want to preserve, because expired assets may no longer be downloadable even if task history remains visible.
6. Feedback and support context
When you submit feedback, the current page, locale, and optional task context may be attached so support can locate the relevant workflow faster.
Support can help investigate service state, upload issues, generation failures, and result quality concerns, but cannot guarantee reconstruction of expired or deleted assets.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to impersonate others, create deceptive identity materials, bypass access restrictions, attack the platform, scrape private data, or generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
We may refuse, cancel, or restrict tasks and sessions that appear abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these terms.
8. Changes to the service
We may update templates, providers, processing steps, supported modules, quota rules, or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms for future use.
